UWnews hacked?

I stumbled upon this and wanted to share:

First go here ->  http://uwnews.washington.edu/ni/article.asp?articleID=34207

Now go here  -> http://uwnews.washington.edu/ni/

Any thoughts?  Just a basic site defacing?
